Return & Refund Policy – ApnaVault
At ApnaVault, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we work with trusted third-party suppliers, our return and refund process follows supplier policies to ensure fair handling for both customers and our business.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is missing parts or accessories
The return request must be made within:
7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Personal care items
- Clearance or final sale items
This rule is important because suppliers typically reject these cases, and accepting them would create a financial loss for the store.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at apnavault@gmail.com
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Our team will review and initiate the return request with the supplier
- The courier will pick up the product (if approved)
Returns without approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued when:
- The returned item is received and verified
- The supplier approves the refund
Refund timeline:
- UPI / Wallet: 3–5 business days
- Bank / Card: 5–7 business days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
We provide a free replacement if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- Wrong product delivered
Replacement is subject to product availability from the supplier.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled:
- Before the product is shipped
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If prepaid:
- The refund will be processed automatically.
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (damage, defect, wrong item): Free return
- If the return reason is not valid: Return may be rejected
This matches how most Indian dropshipping suppliers operate.
